Shipping area
We sell and ship within the United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) may take longer or may not be covered by the carrier: if that's your case, please write to us before ordering.
Timeframes
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery after shipping: 4 to 9 business days, depending on the product and your location.
- Estimated total: 5 to 12 business days from the time you order.
Timeframes are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control, such as peak season or carrier issues.
Cost
All deliveries are free. You only pay the product price you see in the store: there is no shipping cost at checkout and no additional delivery charges.
Orders with several products
If your order includes several products, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different dates. You'll receive tracking for each package.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.
Customs and taxes
If any additional charge applies, we'll let you know before payment.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address before paying. If a package is returned due to an address error, we can resend it for the corresponding shipping cost.
