Refund and return policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase at COSMOKID. If there is any problem with your order, write to us and we will sort it out.

Damaged, defective or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you bought, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. You can choose between a replacement or a refund of the amount paid. You do not need to return the product.

Order that does not arrive

If your order does not arrive within the delivery time stated in our shipping policy, write to us and we will investigate with the carrier. If it has been lost, we will send you a new one or refund the amount.

Change of mind and sizing

Because we work with direct shipping from the supplier and international returns are not feasible, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for the size or color chosen. Please check the description, measurements and size guide carefully before buying. Clothing sizes are Asian-style and tend to run small.

How to request it

Write to us from the contact page with your order number and the photos. We will reply by email as soon as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If the problem is on our side (damaged, defective, wrong or undelivered product), shipping is refunded as well.
