Shipping area
We sell and ship within the United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) may take longer or may not be covered by the carrier: if that is your case, write to us before buying.
Timing
- Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery after shipping: between 4 and 9 business days, depending on the product and your location.
- Estimated total: 5 to 12 business days from the time you place the order.
Timing is estimated and may vary due to causes beyond our control, such as peak season or carrier issues.
Cost
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. The current standard rate is $7.99 per order.
Orders with several products
If your order includes several products, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different dates. You will receive tracking for each package.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Customs and taxes
If any additional charge applies, we will tell you before payment.
Incorrect addresses
Check your address before paying. If the package is returned because of an address error, we may reship it for the corresponding shipping cost.
